End-to-End Security
MPS Monitor with Universal Print integration enables printing from zero-trust networks via a single sign-on (SSO). Universal Print stores all print queues in Office data storage, where customers’ Microsoft 365 mailboxes and OneDrive files are also stored. All data in transit to and from Universal Print is encrypted using SSL (HTTPS) with TLS 1.2.
A Single Cloud Platform for Managed Print Services
Dealers and Managed Print Services providers using MPS Monitor can now help customers to move their print infrastructure to the Microsoft 365 cloud and have all their print fleet managed by a single SaaS platform. Customers that already deploy our fleet management platform can use it to directly activate all Universal Print functions for their clients including print policies, print queues and pull printing. Dealers and Managed Print Services (MPS) providers can also enable automatic device registration, while providing their Microsoft 365 customers with remote monitoring and management, user management and job tracking — all in one, single, integrated and fully-secure SaaS service.
Improved Efficiency & Profitability
MPS Monitor with Universal Print offers dealers and MPS providers a single, cloud-based print and device management platform. This improves efficiency and enables end-users to focus on their core competencies.
Migrated Cloud-based Print Services
We’ve always been a cloud-based company. This gives us a significant advantage when it comes to integrating with Universal Print. We already have a solid grounding in delivering SaaS-based solutions and understand the challenges of providing a robust, secure and scalable cloud-based MPS offering.
Support For Home and Remote Workers
Help your customers manage the printing needs of a growing number of remote and home workers. Allow them to print to office devices, regardless of location and ensure the continuation of efficient business operations — regardless of employee location.
